1. The service

TradingSignalAI provides options research tools and educational content. It is not a broker, investment adviser or exchange, and it does not execute trades.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Registration creates a Free account and is not a Premium subscription.

3. Premium and billing

Eligible new customers can begin a 7-day Premium trial. A payment method is required, and the selected plan bills automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled. Registration alone is not a Premium subscription.

Premium is $29 per month or $299 per year at the time of writing. Cancel through the Billing page in your account. Refund treatment is not stated here and should be confirmed with counsel and at checkout.

4. Research and market information

Information is provided for research and education and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Snapshots carry timestamps and are not execution prices. Nothing on the service is an offer, solicitation or personalized recommendation.

5. Responsible use

Do not misuse, scrape or attempt to disrupt the service.
Do not share Premium access in violation of your plan.
Do not rely on the service as your only source of information for a trade.

6. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for trading outcomes rests with you. The scope of any liability limit should be set with legal counsel.

7. Privacy and changes

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated, and continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance, subject to applicable law.
